		<description>As I left SHS in 1945 I just miss out in qualifying for the GPS Gold Challenge !

However, let me congratulate you on the continuing concept.

The reason for my comment relates to the game of lawn bowls.  I have represented SHS over the past 40 odd years in the GPS Old Bowls Competition which is now in its 56th year.

We are anxious to get younger bowlers to make themselves available for that competition and I would be very surprised if there are not a lot of 75ers/76ers who play bowls.

My suggestion is that you put forward the idea that lawn bowls be added to the sports contesting the GPS Gold Challenge with a view to bringing "out of the woodwork" players who would want to contest the annual event.

This is suggested with malice aforethought on the basis that some of those players may become available for the existing GPS Old Boys competition.

Let me know your thoughts.
