Mentorship Programs

The Old Boys Union (OBU)’s Mentorship Program aims to connect successful Old Boys with those Sydney Boys High School graduates who are ready to begin their careers.

Since its inception the program has matched university students with Old Boys who have established careers. Past mentors and mentees have been in such diverse industries as media, law and pharmacy.

We are always interested to hear from successful Old Boys who have the time and preparedness to support up and coming students from their former school. It is an important way to continue to strengthen the ties among the Sydney Boys High School community and to help younger Old Boys as they begin their working life.

Who we are looking for:

Old Boys seeking career mentors
Old Boys looking for advice on how to begin their professional careers.

Old Boy career mentors
Old Boys who want to share their valuable professional experience and insights with younger Old Boys who are about to embark upon their professional careers.

Employment opportunities
For those looking to employ fellow Old Boys in their businesses (full-time or part-time, permanent or casual) and for Old Boys seeking such employment.

If you are interested in any of the above please contact the manager of the program, Eric Wong or complete the form below.
