Welcome to SHS Old Boys Union Sponsorship

The Sydney High School Old Boys’ Union (SHSOBU) is excited to announce the launch of its new Sponsorship Program. This initiative aims to support, encourage and reward exceptional talent among its members by providing financial assistance for a variety of endeavours.

Financial assistance to support our talented members

The Sponsorship Program is open to financial members of the SHSOBU and covers a broad spectrum of activities, including but not limited to sports, theatre, music, arts, and charity events. The SHSOBU believes in fostering a vibrant and engaged community and recognises the importance of supporting members in their personal and professional pursuits.

To be considered for a sponsorship, applicants must submit a written application outlining the nature of the activity, the total funds requested, and any supporting documentation. Members of the SHSOBU Executive Council that form the Sponsorship Committee will carefully review each application.

Successful recipients will be required at a minimum to provide photographs and a brief report detailing the outcome of their sponsored activity. The SHSOBU reserves the right to publish this information at its discretion across SHSOBU media platforms.

To submit an application, please email sponsorship@shsobu.org.au

If you are unsure whether you are a financial member, please email membership@shsobu.org.au .

More information on becoming a financial member can be found at www.shsobu.org.au/pages/membership .
